Eligibility of Refunds

Unused and unopened items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, all items must be unused or unopened with proof of purchase

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures provided at support@petalsbeautyandco.com, we will issue a refund once a claim has been made researched and approved.
